Cincinnati, Ohio, January 18, 2022 – Finit, a consulting firm serving some of the world’s largest organizations to craft, deliver, and sustain Corporate Performance Management (CPM) technology solutions, is recognized as the 2022 Medical Mutual SHARE Award recipient.

The Medical Mutual SHARE Award is presented to one company annually that best exemplifies employee-driven community service, philanthropy, and volunteerism. SHARE stands for, “Serve | Help | Aid | Reach | Educate.” Since 1998, The Medical Mutual Pillar Award for Community Service honors businesses of all types and sizes that make outstanding contributions to their communities. Its purpose is to encourage a charitable environment, recognize creative efforts that make a difference, and demonstrate the ties between the for-profit and nonprofit worlds.

This is the first time Finit has received the SHARE award. Finit was recognized as a Medical Mutual Pillar Award recipient in 2020 and 2021, and was recognized with the Kent Clapp CEO Leadership Award in 2021.

“Some companies select a single foundation, cause, or philanthropy in the community where that company is headquartered. Our culture promotes individual expression, as we believe it is important to allow individuals to support what is meaningful to each person,” stated Finit’s CEO and Co-founder, Rob Cybulski. “Our company is headquartered in Cincinnati, but from its founding in 2002 has been remote by design. Finit’s philanthropic policy has always been to support the communities local to our employees and corporate events.”

“This approach allows Finit to impact countless people and organizations in many cities across the country through a variety of activities,” added Nicole Emerson, Director of People & Culture at Finit.

Finit’s community engagement activities also include charitable contribution matching to organizations suggested by our employees, paid days for volunteer work, as well as the Finit Matching Gift Program, Finit Advocacy Donations, leadership in local community organizations, and participation in Adopt A Class in Cincinnati.

The result is that Finit’s efforts have positively impacted organizations and communities in Cincinnati and in over 25 states, many of them smaller, lesser-known community organizations; some that rely solely on charitable donations – from food banks, health research foundations, and crisis management programs, to animal welfare and arts organizations.

“It’s a true honor for Finit to be recognized as the SHARE award recipient by Medical Mutual. We do our best every day to live our core value, of putting people before profit. That means being in service to others – to our team members, to our clients, to our communities. We do our best to make it easy for our staff to volunteer in their own communities,” said Nicole Emerson, Director of People & Culture, Finit. “We appreciate that so many take advantage of the opportunity. This recognition is really about the work of many individuals at Finit who invest their time, talents, and resources in their communities.”

A virtual “Cincinnati Pillar Awards” event will be held on February 9th to recognize all Pillar Award recipients, to name the Kent Clapp Award recipient, and to recognize Finit as this year’s SHARE award recipient.

Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Finit has a remote staff of 150+ Finitians who are located across the U.S.

Finit, with its unique business model, which compensates consultants based on client satisfaction not billable hours, has delivered 100% success for over 350 clients, including many Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, and over 1000 projects. Finit consistently delivers value through excellent CPM solutions – with integrity and with a constant focus on what is in the best interest of the client.
