Cincinnati, Ohio, January 28, 2021Finit, a consulting firm serving some of the world’s largest organizations by crafting, delivering, and sustaining Corporate Performance Management (CPM) technology solutions, is recognized today for the second year in a row with the 2021 Medical Mutual Pillar Award for Community Service (Greater Cincinnati).

“It’s a true honor for Finit to be recognized by Medical Mutual. Since Finit’s beginning, we do our best to live our core value, of putting people before profit. That means being in service to others – to our team members, to our clients, to our communities,” stated Rob Cybulski, Founder and CEO of Finit.

Being in service of others is part of Finit’s DNA. When Rob Cybulski and Angie Apple founded the company, every decision they made stemmed from the principles of people before profit and service to others. They established a culture that makes it easy for the company’s partners and each employee to embrace these principles.

Cybulski added, “We do our best to make it easy for our staff to serve their communities. We appreciate that so many take advantage of the opportunity. This recognition is really about the work of many individuals at Finit who share their time, talents, and money in their communities.

Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, the majority of Finit’s staff of 117 is spread across the U.S. According to Cybulski, community involvement is voluntary. The company’s employee-driven efforts have positively impacted organizations and communities in Cincinnati and in over 20 states, many of them smaller, lesser known community organizations who rely solely on charitable donations.

“We’ve been mentoring a 5th grade math class through Adopt-A-Class in Cincinnati for the past three years. We get to know the kids and help them learn how math is a huge part of what we do every day in our jobs,” added Greg Barrett, Managing Partner with Finit. “We also relate math to the real world, for example by talking about analytics in sports, doing coding exercises, and exploring ways education plays a role in future job salaries. Adopt-A-Class is a rewarding opportunity because we’re able to have a direct impact with the children.”

Cordel Wolski, Solution Specialist with Finit, shared, “I am involved in my local community because I feel part of my spiritual calling is to serve others. I work with New Name, an all-volunteer organization that works with women who are in or at risk of sexual exploitation. Finit is a big part of why I am able to work with New Name because they financially support organizations that are meaningful to employees and encourage us to volunteer our time and skills.”

“Giving back to my community is important to me because I love being able to put a smile on people’s faces,” said Tobi Olajitan, Solution Architect with Finit. “I volunteer as a mentor with an organization that brings youth together through soccer. It is rewarding because I use my personal life experience to help future generations build better relationships, boost confidence, and make better decisions.”

About Finit

In 2002, Finit’s founders created a company where people matter more than profit. They believed that by doing excellent work and doing it with the highest standard of integrity, they could create unmatched experiences for both clients and employees. Finit, with its unique business model, which compensates consultants based on client satisfaction not billable hours, has delivered 100% success for over 350 clients, including many Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, and over 1000 projects. Finit consistently delivers value through excellent CPM/EPM solutions – with integrity and with a constant focus on what is in the best interest of the client.
