Charge

Finit’s DE&I Council endeavors to continuously monitor, assess, and support Finit’s DE&I initiatives, practices, and progress. The Council supports Finit’s “Different Together” value, which:

• Emphasizes the continual pursuit of diverse perspectives
• Fosters a collaborative environment, amplifies voices, and thrives on contributions from all
• Unites employees with different perspectives, cognitive styles, backgrounds, and experiences to create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive company
• Promotes a sense of belonging and creates space for everyone to bring their authentic self to work
