Above is the quote we received just last week related to a recent project go-live for one of our clients.  This client is a global provider of alarm safety lighting and warning equipment for commercial and emergency vehicles.  Our client’s plan was to spin off an HFM application from its holding company which currently kept a Chart of Accounts for each subsidiary. This Finit client required its own HFM application to make any changes needed without having an impact on the overall parent company HFM application. The new application provides autonomy to view and manage their own organization resulting in better analytics and decision making while satisfying the reporting requirements of the parent.  It provides the following to support faster and improved reporting:

  • The ability to change metadata
  • Making changes to the application without effecting the parent company applications
  • The ability to change mapping
  • Training of three administrators to manage their own application and support their users properly
