Premium Health Benefits
Your health matters, which is why Finit offers a 100% premium paid for employee-only coverage starting on Day 1.
- Health insurance and HSA plan on the first day of employment

- 12-weeks paid parental leave for birth, surrogacy, adoption, or foster care prior to adoption. Parental Leave is in addition to childbirth-related disability leave.
- 3-months sabbatical after 10 years of service
- 11 paid holidays per year
- All-expense-paid company trip every other year for employee and a guest
- 5 paid days for bereavement for immediate family; 3 paid days for extended family
